Good hotel

Hotel manel was close to us so easy for our meals

Nothing special .

I like the location that is situated downtown area. The room size is fair enough.

water flow at the bathing space is too slow during a stay. should provide more variety of foods in breakfast. rooms are not soundproof proof as can be heard from outside if someone is playing on a phone or speaking inside a room.

staff was good, location was great to the place that I wanted to go and near shops that you can buy gifts and souvenirs, they offer airport transportation even with additional charge but it was very cheap than the airport taxi..

The Only thing that I didn’t like is My room was Overlooking to a very old building..

The receptionist told me while I checked in with my girlfriend that it’s only allowed to take one girl and not more. She treated me like a sex tourist and my girlfriend like a prostitute. Terrible. Possibly they are frequently occupied by those type of people.

I liked that the shopping areas were mins away by car and by walking. 7 Eleven was also near by so convenient.

I didn't like that our room window opened up to a building that was just a few meters aways which was very disgusting. We were given the option for smoking or Jon smoking.. we chose smoking room however when we arrived we were told that all the rooms were non smoking. Would blame booking.com for not verifying this.

The staff at the reception was extremely rude, and the room was so small (unlike what was given on the website) the toilet door didn’t work. The worst kind of hotel, I have ever been to.

Frontliner staffs especially the young boys very helpful and give so much information regarding places that can be visited. Be a translator since a few worker did not understand english as well. They really helpful us! Thank you.

We were given the window less room ad wifi is so slow. Actually we ended up paying more through Booking.com than they actually charge in person check in which is contrary to usual norm.

Declare bathtub but inside room only shower provided. Room was cut off electricity for few hours and we transfer to new room. New room was not drain enough water in bathroom.

Better choices at breakfast than last time

Requested twin bed in 1.5 months/ 2 months advance but when we reached to the hotel, the reception staffed simply said NO! So we have to share a double bed..

i like the place as its very convention ,staff, f&b manager, was helpful and great. Room cleaning staff is great. Breakfast good choice, front office manager jenny very helpful and do a great job, she is a good assert to the hotel,i wish all the staff all the best and hope to see you all very soon,

I book a double room I came alone but if I bring a partner I had to pay extra 500 bath, but I booked a double room and payed for a double room, I think as its unfair because I paid for a double room, if I book a single room I don't mind paying extra 500 bath, this may loose business as other hotels don't charge for bringing a partner.

I like the staff who handle the local traveling section, they are helpful and friendly.

1) The main wooden door is small and difficult to handle and I believe may cause accident. 2) One of the night shift staff (was told by reception that was night shift manager) very rude and unprofessional. Around 10pm, we all went of the hotel, and I walk back to hotel and was thinking to seek help from hotel to book two taxi for us, but as when I try to open the main wooden door (which block with chairs from inside), the old man (hotel black t-shirt) instead of asking how he can help me, he blocking the chair not letting me open door. I seek help to book Taxi and instead of asking how he can help us, just rudely reply " NO NO ... YOU GO OUTSIDE" (this is what I recall). I never encounter this kind of service, even in the smallest hotel. I made my complain to the Reception and they promise will deliver my handwritten complain to the management, so I will wait to see how the management will reply me. BOOKING.COM should also look into this.

the bed is too old. i think the bed was not replaced since they open.the toilet is also below averaged.the shower head is so dirty and the shower head is also dirty.
